1. What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Fiora-boutique, delivery times may differ from what you are used to. Our products are shipped directly from suppliers, allowing us to reduce storage and shipping costs and offer more competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 3–12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).


2. What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Due to high demand, your order may arrive with a slight delay. We ask for your understanding.
If the estimated period has passed and you have not yet received anything, please send an email to info@fiora-boutique.com. We will check what happened to your package.


3. I want to exchange or return my order, how do I do that?
To make a return, please contact our customer service via info@fiora-boutique.com. Please include:

  • Order number (e.g., #0000, found in the confirmation email)

  • Reason for return

We will provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Afterward, you can send the product via the courier of your choice.


4. What are the return costs?

5. What are the conditions for returning the product(s)?
The return period is 30 days from the receipt of the product.
Returns are only possible if:
